Exercising is part of my life. Whether lifting weights or doing cardio, I can't do it without listening to music. Music gets me going in the mornings at the gym when I'm making the transition from zombie mode to a functioning human. The only problem with listening to music during a workout is the earbuds and its cord. The cord always gets in the way, and it takes away focus from the exercise. And I'm very confident that I'm not the only one experiencing this distress. Thankfully, Ryan Arriaga of Sacramento, CA has plans on making our exercising experience a better one by getting rid of pesky earbuds.
After dealing with a similar problem and getting annoyed with inefficient arm bands that hold your device, Ryan put together the SpyderGrip, the "worlds first & only alternative to hands-free, hassle-free music while engaging in your most rigorous activities." SpyderGrip, a patented body band, is flexible, sweat resistant, and weather proof, allowing you to keep moving, without the headaches of your earbuds getting in the way. With a focus on a hands free experience, it works well for active individuals that listen to the radio/playlist style during their exercise. And its pouch is big enough to support smart phones and music devices.
SpyderGrip has the potential of becoming a popular product among active individuals. Knowing that I have the opportunity to focus just on my workout and not have to worry about having my ears cut off, due to the cord getting caught on different surfaces, excites me. With SpyderGrip already having one pouch, it would add value if another small pouch was added to the band to hold keys, specially for going on a run.
Overall, the though of a hassle free workout POPs.
