When I look around, one concept is very noticeable. Our society and culture has shifted more in the direction of individualistic mindset over the past few years than it has before. Customization allows us to truly express ourselves. I am now able to separate myself from others and create my own unique style. This holds very true for my wardrobe and style of fashion. Recently, I realized that I wore the same old and boring socks to work everyday, and that they provided no comfort at all. I've also noticed that I'm not the only one. So, deciding to make a change, I searched for a company that would help me express myself even more with their lively socks. Fortunately, I ran across Justin Schachner and his team. Faced with the same discomfort as many other men, Justin took initiative to develop a new pair of socks.
By focusing on style, without giving up comfort, Justin created the Proper Socks. According to Proper Socks, they "specifically designed the dress socks to combine the latest in performance-running technology with fashion-forward style to keep you one step ahead." The designs on the socks are great and fit just most persona. The color combinations work well with one another and help bring the sock to life. When it comes to comfort, to give the feet and toes some breathing room, a ventilated mesh fabric was implemented in the making of the socks, allowing the feet to stay cool and dry during the day. And to accommodate with the impact our feet make with the ground, a double-layer padding was put into place throughout the side, toe box, and the heel of the Proper Sock.
As I look to expand my closet with attire that describes me, I'm excited about Proper Socks' Washington style being a part of it. Potentially, men that spend majority of their day in dress shoes may find Proper Socks as the tool to keep their feet stylish and comfortable. It would be neat if Justin and his team decided to add matching pocket squares to their collection down the road.
Overall, the idea of being able to express myself even further, with comfort, POPs.
