Sometimes, all it takes is a bright pair of clothes to make your day. I am beginning to see more flare with people’s attire, and socks seem to be the gateway clothing. Business professionals sneaking in a colorful pair of socks or hipsters flooding their pants to show off theirs.
Two entrepreneurs from the UK, Natalie Cope and James Foster, have created Bryt Clothing (pronounced ‘bright’) and are finishing up with a successfully funded crowdfunding project on Kickstarter.
Concerning this endeavor, Cope stated that she wants to create “a clothing company that only produced bright colorful clothes. The one place you can go and guarantee the best, brightest and most fun clothes”.
The campaign Bryt Socks has nine different designs of colorful footwear cleverly named Eden, Charlie, Poppy, or Jesse to name a few. The patterns vary from zig-zag to spots to stripes and the colors include pink and green and blue with many others. The Bryt Socks can be mixed and matched in various assortments when backed on Kickstarter.
“Kickstarter is a great place to build a community and raise sufficient funds to start manufacturing. And you can bet you’ll see us back in the not too distant future”, said Cope.
Bryt socks are made from Turkish combed cotton and are manufactured in Great Britain and can be secured for as little as $9.
For Bryt Clothes socks are only the beginning. Cope explained the future vision of the startup. “Bryt Socks are the start. Early 2016 should see the release of men and women underwear ranges all super Bryt. Then swimwear, then into everyday wear. One reason we wanted to start off on Kickstarter was to cultivate a founding community. One that we will reward as we scale.”
Well the votes have been casted for the socks, and it is an overwhelming “yes”. This could stand to reason that that Bryt Clothes is on to something here. Support Bryt Socks on Kickstarter, so that you can POP on a pair.
